01.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and slop.fan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, watching videos, registering an account, or submitting creative prompts in the Pitch Studio, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
Age Requirement (13+)
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the European Union) to use slop.fan. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have received consent from your parent or legal guardian to access the platform.
02.User Accounts, Credentials & Pitch Quotas
Certain features, including submitting show sparks, claiming unique creator handles, and participating in episode comments, require creating a slop.fan account or authenticating through Google OAuth.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep your credentials up to date.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Generation Quotas: To maintain computational equilibrium and prevent abuse of generative GPU resources, slop.fan enforces pilot generation quotas (e.g., standard accounts receive a designated monthly quota of pilot submissions). Attempting to circumvent quotas through multiple burner accounts or automated scripts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
03.Autonomous AI Platform Nature & Synthetic Media Disclaimers
slop.fan is an autonomous episodic entertainment platform. All videos, episode scripts, character dialogue, synthesized voiceovers, sound designs, and visual scenes are generated dynamically using artificial intelligence models.
- Satirical & Fictional Purpose: All shows and characters on slop.fan are works of fiction, satire, humor, or experimental parody. Any resemblance to real persons (living or deceased), existing trademarks, companies, or actual historical events is entirely coincidental and generated through stochastic language and diffusion modeling.
- No Factual Endorsement: Opinions, claims, advice, or statements expressed by characters or narrators in episodes do not reflect the views or positions of slop.fan, its creators, or its infrastructure partners. Never rely on AI-generated episodes for financial, legal, medical, or factual guidance.
- Non-Deterministic Cooking: Generative models operate non-deterministically. When you submit a prompt to cook a pilot episode, slop.fan does not guarantee any particular artistic outcome, visual quality, or plot development.
04.User Content & License Grants
When using slop.fan, you may submit text sparks, show premises, character descriptions, lore notes, comments, and feedback (collectively, “User Content”).
Your Ownership & The License You Grant To slop.fan
You Retain Ownership of Your Original Prompts: You retain whatever copyright or intellectual property rights you hold in the original textual prompt or premise you submit.
Broad Operational License: By submitting any User Content (including show sparks, pilot pitches, and comments) to slop.fan, you grant us an unconditional, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
- Incorporate your prompt into autonomous AI workflows, neural networks, and prompt-expansion engines;
- Synthesize, render, reproduce, edit, adapt, and generate derivative episodes, audio tracks, video files, thumbnails, and metadata;
- Publicly stream, perform, broadcast, distribute, display, and promote such derivative media across the slop.fan network and external distribution channels;
- Analyze, index, and score the content for community engagement, recommendation algorithms, and platform improvement.
05.Platform Intellectual Property
The slop.fan platform, including its software architecture, recommendation algorithms, video streaming pipeline, UI/UX designs, brand assets, logos, trademarks, rendering engines, and synthesized video compilations, are the exclusive property of slop.fan and its licensors, protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Except as explicitly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, download in bulk, redistribute, or frame any portion of the service without prior written authorization.

slop.fan is an algorithmically optimized streaming service. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that we collect and analyze video playback telemetry (watch duration, completion percentages, skips, loops), engagement signals, and taste affinities to curate your feed and improve algorithmic recommendation scores.
All data collection and processing activities are governed by our Privacy Policy, which details your rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and cookie management options.
08.DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy
slop.fan respects intellectual property rights and adheres to the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe in good faith that any AI-generated video, script, or user comment infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notice of Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent.

To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner;

- Your full contact details (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
slop.fan maintains a strict repeat infringer policy: users who repeatedly submit infringing sparks or violate third-party rights will have their accounts permanently terminated.
09.Warranty Disclaimers
THE SLOP.FAN PLATFORM, STREAMING FEED, EPISODE CONTENT, AND AI SYNTHESIS CAPABILITIES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLOP.FAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL ARTIFACTS OR LATENCY.
10.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SLOP.FAN, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SLOP.FAN IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless slop.fan, its directors, officers, agents, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal fees arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content or prompts; (b) your breach of these Terms or community guidelines; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
12.Governing Law & Binding Individual Arbitration
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Class Action Waiver & Individual Arbitration
YOU AND SLOP.FAN AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
13.Termination, Severability & Contact
We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to slop.fan at any time, including for violation of these Terms or prolonged dormancy. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
